Double Coded Welders
We use blowtorch to heat metal work pieces, attain, ideal size and temperature through gas flow adjustment, cut, straighten and develop metal components as well as assess completed works for welds for flaws and defects.
Boilermakers
We construct, assemble, maintain, and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries. Align structures or plate sections to assemble boiler frame tanks or vats, following blueprints. Work involves use of hand and power tools, plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, or turnbuckles. Assist in testing assembled vessels. Direct cleaning of boilers and boiler furnaces. Inspect and repair boiler fittings, such as safety valves, regulators, automatic-control mechanisms, water columns, and auxiliary machines.
Pipe Fitters
We cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders.Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints. Attach pipes to walls, structures and fixtures, such as radiators or tanks, using brackets, clamps, tools or welding equipment. Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipe lines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods. Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading. Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints.Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications Select pipe sizes and types and related materials, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to specifications.Cut and bore holes in structures, such as bulkheads, decks, walls, and mains, prior to pipe installation, using hand and power tools.Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools.Install automatic controls used to regulate pipe systems.
Co2 Welders
We fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. Welders produce metal products according to customer or employer specifications.
Flux Core Welders
We use Flux core welding of steel plate (1/4” or above) and structural shapes. They are able to weld in all positions. They are able to read welding samples and fabrication drawings. They are able to assemble structural metal products using hand tools, overhead cranes and verify dimensional tolerances.
